Description of the product:
Testosterone Cipionate is one of many available in the market of esterified versions of Testosterone. It is an injectable form of Testosterone with a slow release and a longer half-life. The release rate of Testosterone Cipionate and Testosterone Enanthate are very similar and the two constituents are readily interchangeable. For example, Testosterone Cipionate and Testosterone Enantate may be routed to a 10-week cycle of Testosterone without any problems. Testosterone Cipionate has a half-life of about 12 days, and Testosterone Enantate has a half-life of about 10 days - no big difference.
An interesting fact about Testosterone is that it has gained the preference among American bodybuilders for the Enantat option. Its advantage, however, is not great and the popularity and use of the two variants are almost the same. In fact, Testosterone Enanth will always be a bit more popular. None of the two options have advantages over the other.
History of Testosterone Cipionate
Testosterone Cipionate was first developed in the mid-1950s. It was placed on the pharmacy market by the manufacturer UpJohn under the trade name Testosterone Depot. Initially, the name was Depot-Testosterone cyclopentylpropionate but was shortened for obvious reasons. Unlike Testosterone Enantate, originally distributed around the world, the Cipionate was the answer of the United States to the Enantat option.
Testosterone Ciponat is so successful that it is still produced by UpJohn (which merged with Pfizer in 2009). Since Testosterone Cypionate was the American response to the international product Testosterone Enanthate, many American bodybuilders and athletes in the 1960s, 1980s and 1980s preferred to use Testosterone Ciponat in the Enantat option for no other reason than to support the American product . Once again, the Cipionate and Enantat versions of Testosterone are nearly 100% identical and there is no logical reason to prefer one to the other.
There are very few cases of different patients who prefer Testosterone Cipionate to Testosterone Enanthim simply because some are more susceptible to injection. A very small percentage reported irritation at the injection site of the Enantate variant, with the Cypionate variant proving to be more favorable with regard to injection site reaction and comfort.
More information
In medical circles, Testosterone Cipionate, as well as Enantate, is mainly used to treat men with androgen deficiency (hypogonadism and andropause). Other, though rare, uses of Testosterone Cipionate in the medical environment include: treatment of people with reduced bone density and strength, treatment of uncontrolled menstrual bleeding (menorrhagia), treatment of osteoporosis, treatment of infirm old patients and patients after a long period of muscular atrophy . In recent years, Testosterone Ciponat has been extensively studied for possible male administration of birth control at weekly doses of 200 mg.
In the 1970s, and with all other anabolic steroids at that time, the approved medical applications of Testosterone Cipionate were reduced. The Federal Food and Drug Administration has limited its medical application to the treatment of androgen deficiency in men (hypogonadism and andropause). The case of restricting the use of Testosterone Ciponate was serious because Testosterone itself is a strong androgen, unsuitable for intake by women and children, where other anabolic steroids (such as Anavar and Primobolan) are more acceptable.
Characteristics of Testosterone Cipionate
As we have already mentioned, Testosterone Cipionate is simply Testosterone with an attached ester of Ciponate to its chemical structure. More precisely, the cypionate is cypionic acid but already bound to testosterone, in chemistry it is called an ester linkage (or ester compound). Cypioic acid is chemically linked to the 17-beta hydroxyl group of the Testosterone structure.
Esterified anabolic steroids are fat-soluble and release slowly from the injection site. However, this is not the main reason why esters prolong the release and half-life of the anabolic steroid to which they are attached. The main reason is that once Testosterone Ciponatum enters the circulatory system, enzymes begin to bind to the Testosterone Cipionate molecule and interrupt the bonds between the ester and the hormone. This takes a different time, depending on the length of the ester. Therefore, longer esters such as Cipionate, Enantate and Decanoate have a longer half-life than shorter esters such as Propionate, Phenylpropionate and Acetate.
Ultimately, the ester is removed from the hormone by the enzymes, leaving only pure Testosterone after this chemical reaction. This process of cleaving the testosterone ester under the action of enzymes is the real reason for the slower release. Pure Testosterone, with no attached esters, has a half-life of about 2-4 hours. When attaching the Cipionate ester, Testosterone Ciponate is obtained, wherein the testosterone half-life for
Properties of Testosterone Cypionate
The properties and qualities of Testosterone Cipionate are what anyone would expect from any other Testosterone product, except for the difference in release time and half-life. It should be clear to all readers that Testosterone is the original, primary anabolic steroid that is naturally produced internally in all humans and most animal species. Two important facts follow from this:
1. Testosterone is used as the primary benchmark against which all other anabolic steroids are compared;
2. Since Testosterone is a natural anabolic steroid produced by the human body, it is considered the safest anabolic steroid to use. The body of everyone is already accustomed to the effects of Testosterone, but to a lesser extent. Testosterone is generally considered to improve physics and enhance sports performance.
Use of Testosterone Cipionate
As with almost all Testosterone variants or derivatives, the Cystostarone Cytopionate cycles are primarily used for volume, muscle gain, and strength gain. Although it is ideal for these purposes, it does not mean that it can not be used effectively (albeit at lower doses) for cycling cycles. In all cases Testosterone Ciponate is usually administered at higher doses (about 500 mg per week). The usual dose at such a dose is for a period of 12-14 weeks because of its longer ester and, therefore, its longer half-life. Testosterone Cypionate has a half-life of about 10-12 days. By comparison, his analogue Testosterone Enanthate is almost the same, with a half-life of about 7-10 days.
Regardless of the purpose of the cycle for massaging or clearing, Testosterone is usually combined with other anabolic steroids that have similar characteristics for obvious reasons. A common combination is with an ingredient such as Deca-Dubrovil (Nandrolone Decanoate) taken during the same 10-12 weeks with Testosterone Ciponat. Another combination is a startup ingredient such as Dianabol (Methandrostellone), which is included during the first 4-6 weeks.
If Testosterone Ciponate is used through the fat removal or removal cycles, it can be used as a supportive ingredient only to maintain natural normal Testosterone levels in the body while stronger, more appropriate for fat removal Ingredient does the main job. These are the so-called Testosterone replacement therapies (TRTs), where the doses of Testosterone Zipionate are about 100 mg per week.
Taking and Dosage of Testosterone Cipionate
For medical purposes, Testosterone Ciponate is prescribed at a dose of 250 mg taken once every 2-4 weeks, depending on the physician's practice and the patient's progress in TRT treatment.
In the field of bodybuilding and to improve sports performance, Testosterone Cipionate is taken at doses of about 300-500 mg per week. The indicated doses are as introductory. The intermediate doses of Testosterone Ciponate are often within 500-700 mg per week. Advanced athletes reach 1000 mg or more per week. If someone wants to get the best possible results, the ideal option is Testosterone Ciponate to be taken twice a week, dividing the weekly dose equally.
For example, a weekly dose of Testosterone Cipionate 500 mg should be taken at 250 mg on Monday and 250 mg on Thursday each week. This reduces the leap in blood plasma levels and reduces the risk of certain side effects associated with the rise in blood levels of the hormone.
Side Effects of Testosterone Cipionate
With regard to side effects, Testosterone Cipionate may be described as moderate. It is often compared to almost identical Testosterone Enanthate. Generally, the cypionate is a variant of Testosterone and accordingly has all the side effects known in Testosterone.
Testosterone is the primary male hormone produced in humans and all vertebrates, making it the father of all anabolic steroids. Of course, when discussing side effects, it should be borne in mind that there are differences between people. They are due to factors such as individual body reaction, age, sensitivity, and genetic predisposition. It is very much of them that depends on whether a person will experience a side effect to a greater or lesser degree (or not at all).
Estrogenic
Estrogenic side effects are the first and the main ones, which are attended by almost all users of anabolic steroids. Testosterone itself is a moderately flavorant anabolic steroid (it means Testosterone is perfumed in estrogen in the body). The degree of aromatization of Testosterone Ciponate compared to other anabolic steroids is moderate. The degree of aromatization is strongly dependent on dosing and, respectively, of total blood plasma testosterone levels. The rule is that the more Testosterone is, the more Erogen flavoring. Possible estrogenic side effects include: water retention and swelling, increased blood pressure
Androgenic
Because Testosterone Cipionate is an androgen, androgenic side effects are also possible in users. Testosterone is seen in the body to the much stronger androgen Dihydrotestosterone (DHT). In particularly high degrees this occurs in different tissues - the scalp, the prostate and the skin. That is exactly where the major part of the androgenic side effects come from, and not from the direct interaction of Testosterone with androgen receptors. Possible androgenic side effects include: skin lubrication (sebum secretion), acne formation (related to sebum secretion), body and facial hair, and increased risk of baldness if the individual is genetically predisposed.
Hepatotoxicity
As with Enantat, Testosterone Cipionate does not exhibit any hepatotoxic (liver damaging) actions in the body, even at extremely large doses.
Testosterone suppression
Testosterone Cipionate is an androgenic anabolic steroid. Therefore, it has side effects in suppressing the functions of the hypothalamus, pituitary, and testicles. In other words, it causes stopping the natural internal production of Testosterone. Other known possible side effects when using Testosterone Ciponate include lowering of good cholesterol (HDL) in the blood.
