What is Bilobil forte and what is it used for?
Capsules Bilobil forte containing standardized extract of the leaves of ginkgo which improves the supply of the brain to oxygen and glucose. The active ingredients of the extract, flavone glycosides, ginkgolides and bilobalide, dilate blood vessels, improve blood circulation, prevent adhesion of platelets and by regulating metabolism, protect cells and tissues from damage caused by oxygen deficiency. Extract of leaves of ginkgo is effective in disorders of blood supply to the brain and extremities.
Bilobil forte capsules improve cerebral blood flow and metabolism and preserve intellectual capabilities. Violations of the circulation in the limbs, the product relieves the feeling of cold, tingling, numbness and pain when walking.
Bilobil forte capsules are vegetable product that is recommended for mild to moderate ischemic dew that occur:
• loss of memory and intellectual abilities
• discomfort and anxiety
• dizziness,
• ringing in the ears (tinnitus)
• headache and sleep disorders,
and poor circulation in the extremities
 
 
 
2 Before you start using Bilobil forte
Do not take Bilobil forte:
• If you are hypersensitive (allergic) to extract ginkgo or any of the excipients of Bilobil forte.
 
Take special care
• if you are taking medicines that prevent blood clotting or if you regularly take aspirin. Co-administration may increase the risk of karvene.Kapsulite Bilobil forte is not recommended for children because there are limited data on the safety of use in children.
Do not take more than the recommended dose.
Be used with caution in bleeding (gastrointestinal, intracranial, retinal).
 
 
Taking other medicines
Please tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking or have recently taken any other medicines, including medicines obtained without retsepta.Kapsulite Bilobil forte is not recommended if you are taking medicines to prevent blood clotting, or if you regularly take aspirin .
 
Adoption of Bilobil forte with food and drink
You can take the capsules Bilobil forte without food. No evidence of any impact of food and drinks on the effect of ginkgo. Not suitable capsules to be taken with alcoholic beverages.
 
Pregnancy and lactation
Consult your doctor or pharmacist before taking any medicine.
Not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women to take Bilobil forte although not observed harmful effects on the fetus in the tests.
 
Effects on ability to drive and use machines
No messages for this product can affect the ability to drive and use machines.
 
Special warnings about excipients
Bilobil forte capsules contain lactose. If your doctor tells you that you have an intolerance to some sugars, consult before taking this medicine.
Para-hydroxybenzoates E216 and E218 and azo colors E110, E124 and E151 may cause hypersensitivity reactions. Possible reactions are delayed. Azo colorants can cause breathing difficulties (bronchospasm).
 
3 How to use Bilobil forte?
Always take Bilobil forte exactly as your doctor has told you. If you are not sure ask your doctor or pharmacist.
The usual dose is at:
• disorders of the circulatory system and brain function: 1 capsule 2 to 3 times daily
• When vertigo and tinnitus: 2 capsules daily, morning and evening
• infringement of blood supply to the extremities: 2 capsules daily, morning and evening
Swallow the capsules with some liquid. You can take them regardless of hraneneto.Parvite signs of improvement usually observed after 1 month of treatment. For long-acting effect is recommended medicinal product to be taken for at least 3 months, especially in elderly patients. After 3 months, consult your doctor or pharmacist whether you should continue taking this medicine.
 
If you take more than Bilobil forte should
If you take a higher dose of the medicine than you should, you should consult with your doctor or pharmacist immediately.
Assuming the amount of extract in capsules, the likelihood of overdose is virtually impossible. No reports of toxicity with ginkgo.
 
If you forget to take Bilobil forte
Do not take a double dose to make up for a missed dose.
 
4 Possible side effects
Like all medicines, Bilobil forte can also have side effects, although not everybody gets them events.
In very rare cases (less than 1 in 10 000 patients treated), the use of the capsule may lead to less severe gastrointestinal disorders, headache or hypersensitivity of the skin (itchiness, redness, swelling).
If an allergic reaction, stop taking the capsules and consult your doctor or pharmacist.

Shelf life
Do not use Bilobil forte after the expiry date stated on the pack. Expiry date refers to the last day of the month.
