ENDOVASIN gel 45g.

ACTION
Endovasin gel combined medicinal product containing indomethacin and trokserutin.Indometatsin has a pronounced anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antioedematous deystvie.Trokserutin decreases increased permeability of capillaries and increases the tone of the veins.

INDICATIONS
Symptomatic treatment of:
• venous insufficiency;
• varicose and prevarikozen syndrome;
• superficial thrombophlebitis, phlebitis; postflebitni conditions;
• In the complex treatment of hemorrhoidal disease;
• soft tissue rheumatism (tendinitis, bursitis, fibrositis, periarthritis);
• postoperative edema, injuries of the limbs.

NECESSARY INFORMATION BEFORE USE
CONTRAINDICATIONS
- Hypersensitivity to the active substances or to any of the excipients included in the product;
- Hypersensitivity to NSAIDs (nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs).

SPECIAL PRECAUTIONS FOR USE
It applies only to intact (undamaged) skin. Avoid falling gel on mucous membranes, open wounds or eyes. Treatment duration greater than 10 days is required laboratory monitoring of leukocytes and platelets.

DRUG AND OTHER INTERACTIONS
Not recommended concomitantly with corticosteroids due to increased risk of ulcer formation.

WARNINGS FOR SPECIAL GROUPS OF PATIENTS
Not recommended for children under 14 years of age "due to lack of sufficient clinical experience. It is' recommended use of the product in persons with hypersensitivity to foods and drugs, bronchial asthma, allergic rhinitis or predisposition to other allergic reactions.

Pregnancy and lactation
There is no clinical experience demonstrating the safety of the product during pregnancy and lactation. In these cases it may be applied only if the expected benefit outweighs the risk.

EFFECTS ON THE ABILITY TO DRIVE AND USE MACHINES
Does not affect the ability to drive and use machines.

DATA ON OTHER INGREDIENTS
The product contains sodium benzoate and propylene glycol, which can have an irritating effect on the skin.

INFORMATION FOR PROPER USE DOSAGE AND METHOD OF USE
The product is intended for external use on skin. Apply 3-4 times a day by gently rubbing the affected area in a thin layer. The amount sufficient for a single treatment is about 4-5 cm gel. The total daily amount should not exceed 20 cm. The treatment duration should not exceed 10 days.

OVERDOSE
There is no data on overdose with topical application of the product. With prolonged treatment (over 10 days) may show some systemic effects headache, haemorrhages and others. It is tracking the values of leukocytes and platelets.
Ingestion can be seen burning in the mouth, salivation, nausea, vomiting. Measures Ingestion - wash the mouth and stomach, if necessary symptomatic treatment. In eyes, mucous membranes or open wounds observed local irritation - tearing, redness, burning, pain. SIDE EFFECTS
