Driving and using machines:

Ideos contains sucrose, sorbitol and hydrogenated castor oil:

If you have been told by your doctor that you have an intolerance to some sugars, contact your doctor before taking this product.
Also contains soybean oil. If you are allergic to peanut or soy, do not use this product.

3. HOW TO ACCEPT IDEOS
Always take this medicine exactly as described in this leaflet or as your pharmacist has told you. If you are not sure, ask your doctor or pharmacist.
Take this medicine orally (by mouth). The tablets are chewed or sucked.
Ideos is intended for use in adults only.
The recommended dose is 1 tablet twice a day.

If you take more than the necessary dose of Ideos:
If you take more tablets, stop taking Izeos and talk to your doctor.
Show him the pack or other tablets. This information is necessary for the doctor to know what you have taken.

If you have forgotten to accept IDEOS
Do not take a double dose to make up for the missed dose.

4. POSSIBLE SIDE EFFECTS
Like all medicines, Ideos can cause side effects, although not everyone gets them.

The following undesirable effects have been reported:

- hypercalcaemia (high blood calcium levels), especially in patients with renal insufficiency,
- hypercalciuria (high calcium levels in the urine),
Rare side effects (affects 1 to 10 patients in 10,000)
- constipation, abdominal pain and pain, nausea, diarrhea,
- allergic reactions - itching, rash, urticaria (hives).
Cases of serious allergic reactions (hypersensitivity) such as swelling of the face, lips, tongue or throat may occur.

5. HOW TO STORE IDEOS
Keep out of the reach and sight of children.
The plug contains small granules of silica gel to keep the tablets dry. Keep the stopper in a place not accessible to children. Do not swallow the silica gel granules.
Do not use Ideos after the expiry date which is stated on the carton.
The expiry date refers to the last day of that month.
Store below 25 ° C.
Store in the original package.

What contains Ideos:
The active substances are: calcium carbonate and cholecalciferol (vitamin D3).
Each chewable tablet contains 1250 mg of calcium carbonate (corresponding to 500 mg of elemental calcium) and 400 IU of cholecalciferol (vitamin D3).
The other ingredients are xylitol, sorbitol, povidone, magnesium stearate, citric acid (the essence contains natural flavoring substances, maltodextrin, acacia, sodium citrate, citric acid, butylhydroxyanisole), alpha-tocopherol, partially hydrogenated soybean oil, gelatin, sucrose, ).

What IDEOS look like in the packaging?
Ideos is available as white-gray chewable chewable tablets.
Tablets are placed in polypropylene tubes, 15 tablets in a tube.
Packages with 2 or 4 cans are available, ie. with 30 or 60 chewable tablets in a pack.
