What Lorinden N Cream is and what it is used for
The ingredients of Lorinden N cream show a combined effect in the treatment of highly keratinized inflammatory skin changes with allergic origin.
Flumazazole pivalate is a synthetic glucocorticosteroid intended for topical application to the skin. It has a moderately powerful anti-inflammatory, anti-inflammatory, anti-allergic and vasoconstrictive effect.
Neomycin sulfate is an antibiotic with a broad therapeutic spectrum. It shows antibacterial properties with aerobic Gram (-) and the corresponding Gram (+) bacteria.

Lorinden N in the form of a cream is applied topically to treat inflammatory skin inflammatory conditions (dermatoses), particularly those of allergic origin complicated by secondary bacterial infection, hyperkeratosis and persistent itching.
The medicinal product is specifically used to treat:

seborrheic dermatitis;
atopic dermatitis;
allergic contact eczema;
erythema multiforme;
lupus erythematosus;
persistent psoriasis;
lichen planus.
2. What you need to know before using Lorinde N Cream
Do not use Lorinden N Cream:

if you are allergic to flumethasone pivalate, other corticosteroids, neomycin or any of the other ingredients of this medicine (listed in section 6);
in viral, fungal or tuberculous skin diseases, skin tumors, usually acne or acne rosacea, varicella, varicose inflammation or ulceration (trophic ulcer of lower limbs), syphilis;
in the neck and face, due to an increased risk of developing symptoms such as post-steroidal acne, teleangiectasia (enlargement of the small blood vessels of the skin or mucous membranes), dryness and atrophy of the skin;
on large damaged areas of skin, especially with skin defects, e.g. burns;
in children under 2 years of age;
during the first trimester of pregnancy.
Warnings and precautions
Talk to your doctor or pharmacist before using Lorinden N Cream:

Avoid long-term use. In the long-term treatment of large areas of skin, the incidence of adverse drug reactions is increased and bacterial resistance to neomycin sulfate may develop.
Due to the local administration of flumetasone pivalate, adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH) secretion from the pituitary can be reduced due to suppression of the adrenocortical pituitary axis, resulting in a decrease in blood cortisol concentration and Cushing's iatrogenic syndrome. With discontinuation of treatment, this passes. Periodic adrenal gland function testing is recommended to determine the cortisol concentration in the blood and urine after stimulation of the adrenal gland with ACTH.
In the event of an exacerbation of the infection after administration of the cream, additional antibacterial or antifungal treatment should be performed. If the symptoms of the infection do not disappear, the cream should be discontinued until it is cured.
Avoid using the drug on the eyelids or the skin around them, due to the risk of glaucoma or cataracts. In patients with glaucoma or cataracts, this can lead to exacerbation of the symptoms of the disease.
Do not use an occlusive dressing because it can lead to epidermal atrophy, stretch marks and severe infections. Apply with caution to existing atrophic conditions of the subcutaneous tissue, especially in older patients.
To be used with caution in patients with psoriasis. Local administration of corticosteroids to psoriasis may be risky, for many reasons, including the possibility of relapse due to developed tolerance, risk of generalized pustular psoriasis and toxicity due to impaired skin integrity.
Special care should be taken and long-term treatment should be avoided in children over 2 years of age. For children, the value of the ratio between body surface area and body weight is significantly lower than in adults. This leads to increased absorption in the body and a higher risk than adults in suppressing the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal gland and the occurrence of systemic side effects typical of glucocorticosteroids, including growth and developmental disorders in children.
Application on large areas of skin, especially injured or under occlusive dressing, may result in an ototoxic or nephrotoxic effect due to possible neomycin absorption. Therefore, the use of the medicinal product in patients with renal insufficiency and hearing impairment is avoided.
Special caution is advised in the treatment of patients with renal insufficiency. neomycin may accumulate in the kidneys.
Contact your doctor if you have blurred vision or other visual disturbances.

Other Medicines and Lorinden N Cream
Tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are using, have recently used or are likely to use other medicines, including medicines obtained without a prescription.

During treatment with glucocorticoids, patients should not be vaccinated against smallpox. Other types of immunization are not recommended, especially in long-term treatment of large skin surfaces due to the risk of lacking an antibody-mediated immune response. The drug may activate the immunosuppressive agents and suppress that of the immunostimulants.

Pregnancy and breastfeeding
If you are pregnant or are breast-feeding, think you may be pregnant or plan to become pregnant, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking this medicine.
The use of Lorinden N cream from pregnant and lactating women is not recommended.
The medicinal product may be used in pregnancy for a short period of time and on a small area of skin only if absolutely necessary and if the benefit to the mother outweighs the risk to the fetus.
It is absolutely contraindicated to apply the cream during the first trimester of pregnancy.

Lorinden N cream contains cetyl alcohol, methyl parahydroxybenzoate and propyl parahydroxybenzoate
This product can provoke contact skin reactions (eg contact dermatitis) due to the cetyl alcohol content.
Due to the content of methyl parahydroxybenzoate and propyl parahydroxybenzoate, this product may cause skin hypersensitivity reactions (possibly delayed).

Driving and using machines
The medicinal product does not limit psychomotor ability, ability to drive and use machinery.
