Purpose:
Nettle has a diuretic (water) action. It helps stimulate inflammatory processes and anti-allergic processes (contains flavonoids kuertsetin). Nettle has astringent effect (can be used by women with heavy monthly periods).
How to use:
Take 1 capsule daily, preferably during meals.

The product is suitable for vegetarians.
Contains no sugar, salt, starch, yeast, wheat, soy, gluten, dairy products, preservatives, artificial flavors and colors.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose!
Do not use as a substitute for a varied diet!
