Purpose:
Organic silicon, derived from red algae (lithothamnium calcareum). Silicon helps the health of bones, hair, skin, nails and teeth. It is necessary for the formation of connective tissue.
How to use:
Take 1 capsule daily, preferably during meals. Follow the instructions for use. Do not exceed the daily dose indicated in the manual.
Each capsule contains:
Silicon (from red algae powder [Lithothamnium calcareum]) (contains 25 mg of elemental silicon) 54 mg, filler (microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose), vegetable capsule shell (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), release agent (magnesium stearate vegetable origin, silica ).
Contains no sugar, starch, yeast, wheat, soy, gluten, dairy products.

Storage:
