What is pantothenic acid?

Pantothenic acid is a member of the family of vitamin B, and is often referred to as vitamin B- 5. Its bioactive form, coenzyme A, plays a role in many body processes, including metabolism of proteins, fats and carbohydrates, energy production and synthesis red blood cells and a key neurotransmitter acetylcholine. Pantothenic acid is very abundant in many foods we eat, and is found in all living beings. Including most grains, vegetables and meats contain pantothenic acid, as well as liver, yeast, salmon, eggs and dairy products.

How does pantothenic acid?

Vitamin B5, is involved in the production of red blood cells and adrenal hormones. The body turns it into a catalyst called coenzyme A. This catalyst is very important for energy production in the body. Vitamin B5 works with other B vitamins to help in the production of ATP (adenosine triphosphate).
Namely ATP, speeds up cell in the body, giving it energy. According to studies, vitamin B5 may help maintain cholesterol levels and healthy triglycerides levels in the body when they are already within the normal range.

Who needs pantothenic acid?

It is recommended in various pathological conditions associated with disruption of the metabolic processes in circulatory insufficiency in dysfunctions of the nervous system, allergic diseases, in eczema in trophic ulcers, burns, catarrh of the upper respiratory tract, bronchitis, chronic hepatitis, enterocolitis .

• Total Carbohydrates 1 g
• Pantothenic acid (as calcium D-pantothenate) 500mg
• Calcium (as calcium D-pantothenate) 45mg

Other ingredients: magnesium stearate, gelatine (capsule).
Dosage: Take 1 capsule daily.
