Psilo-Balsam is used:

Do not use Psilo-Balsam

if you are allergic (hypersensitive) to diphenhydramine hydrochloride or any of the other ingredients of Psylo-Balsam;
on large areas of the body;
concomitantly with another medicinal product containing diphenhydramine hydrochloride even when taken orally;
in children under 2 years of age.
Take special care with Psilo-Balsam
Psylo-Conditioner is intended for outdoor use only.
Do not apply to impaired skin integrity or mucous membranes.
Please tell your doctor if any of the symptoms get worse or there is no improvement in your condition.

Using other medicines
Please tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking or have recently taken any other medicines, including medicines obtained without a prescription.
Topically applied, Psylo-Balsam does not interact with other medicinal products.

3. How to use Psilo-Balsam
