Other ingredients: filler (microcrystalline cellulose), capsule shell (hydroxy-propyl-methyl cellulose / HPMC, water), anti-caking agent (silicon, veg. Magnesium stearate).

How to use:

Children from 1 to 12 years - take 1 capsule daily. The contents can be mixed with food or drink.
Adults and children over 12 years - take 1-2 capsules a day.
For optimal effect, start using Travel Probio 3 days before the trip and take the supplement all the time while traveling.
