What Urostim is and what it is used for
Urostim is a polybacterial immunostimulator that increases the body's natural resistance and specific immunity to various infections of the urogenital tract by stimulating the humoral and cellular factors of the immune system. Activates systemic and local immunity.
The preparation Urostim is intended for oral immunotherapy and immunoprophylaxis of acute, recurrent or chronic nonspecific diseases of the urogenital tract in children and adults, regardless of the type of agent. It is especially recommended for use in cystitis, prielonephritis, urethritis, prostate, asymptomatic bacteriuria, etc. If necessary, it is given with antibiotic therapy. The use of Urostim in individuals with suppressed immunological reactivity as a result of prolonged antibiotic therapy is particularly telling.
