How to use Afrin PureSea hygiene of the nose :
First . Insert the nose.
2 . Stand over a sink , tilt and turn your head sideways .
3 . Carefully tip in the upper nostril and squeeze bottle to come out of solution.
4 . Do the same on the other side / nostril.
5 . Blow your nose . If necessary, repeat the procedure.
