What is cilostazol Sandoz and what it is used
Cilostazol Sandoz is a group of medicines called phosphodiesterase type 3. His actions are few and include some expansion of blood vessels and reduce blood clotting activity (gluing) of certain blood cells called platelets in the blood vessels.
Cilostazol Sandoz has been prescribed for "intermittent claudication." It represents such a spasm of pain in the legs when walking and is caused by insufficient blood supply to the legs. Cilostazol may increase the distance you can take without pain, as it improves blood circulation in the legs. Cilostazol is recommended only for patients whose symptoms have not improved enough after making changes in lifestyle (such as smoking cessation and increasing physical exercise) and then other kinds of treatment. It is important to continue with the changes you have made in your lifestyle while taking cilostazol.
