Inositol is a precursor to phospholipids, a major component of cell membranes. It helps to maintain nutrient transport through the cell membrane and contributes to the transformation of fat. Helps for the normal concentration of triglycerides and cholesterol.
It is a vitamin-like substance that has been shown to counteract a wide variety of conditions and diseases such as panic disorder, diabetes and its complications, high cholesterol, cancer, insomnia, depression, Alzheimer's disease, schizophrenia, attention deficit hyperactivity, psoriasis, autism, slow hair growth, and more. Inositol is also recommended against polycystic ovarian syndrome, including lack of ovulation, high testosterone levels, high blood pressure and high triglyceride levels.

Other Ingredients: Gelatin Capsule, Cellulose, Magnesium Stearate.

Directions for use:
