1. WHAT JANGEE AND WHAT IT IS USED
Zhang and a contraceptive used to prevent pregnancy.
Each tablet contains a small amount of two different female sex hormone called ethinylestradiol (ethinylestradiol) and drospirenone (drospirenone).
Contraceptive pills that contain two hormones are called "combined" pills.

2. BEFORE USE JANGEE
General information
Before taking JANGEE, your doctor will ask you various questions about your personal history and that of your relatives. The doctor will also measure your blood pressure and, depending on your health, you may undertake further research.
In this leaflet, several situations are described where you should stop Zhang, or in which the effect of JANGEE can be reduced.
In such situations, or should not have sex or you should take extra non-hormonal contraceptive precautions, eg use a condom or other barrier method.
Do not use rhythm or temperature method. These methods may not be particularly reliable because JANGEE affects the monthly changes in body temperature and cervical secretion.
JANGEE, like other hormonal contraceptives, does not protect against HIV (AIDS) or other sexually transmitted infections.
While taking this medicine, you should regularly visit your doctor at least every 6 or 12 months.
If you have any unusual symptoms such as unexplained chest pain, stomach or legs, you should contact your doctor immediately.

Do not use JANGEE:
If you have (or have had in the past) a blood clot (thrombosis) in a blood vessel of the leg, lung (embolus) or other organs;
If you have (or have had in the past) a heart attack or stroke;
If you have (or have had in the past) a disease that can lead to heart attack (such as angina pectoris which causes severe chest pain) or stroke (such as transient or mild stroke with no residual effects);
If you have a disease that may increase the risk of arterial thrombosis. This applies to the following diseases:
diabetes with damage to blood vessels;
high blood pressure;
high levels of blood lipids (cholesterol and triglycerides);
If have a bleeding disorder (such as protein C deficiency);
If you have (or have had) a certain form of migraine (with so-called. Focal neurological symptoms);
If you have (or have had) inflammation of the pancreas (pancreatitis);
If you have or have ever had liver disease and your liver function is still not restored;
If your kidneys are not working well (renal failure);
If you have or have ever had a liver tumor;
If you have (or have had) or suspect you have breast cancer or cancer of the genital organs;
If you have vaginal bleeding and the cause is unknown;
If you are allergic to ethinylestradiol or drospirenone, or any of the other ingredients of Zhang. This can cause itching, rashes or inflammation.
Take special care with Zhang
In some situations it is necessary to take special care with Zhang or some other combined hormonal contraceptives and if necessary are accessed regularly by your doctor. If any of these conditions apply to you, tell your doctor before taking Zhang. It is also necessary to consult with your doctor if any of these conditions appear for the first time or worsened while taking Zhang:
if someone in your immediate family has or had breast cancer;
if you have liver disease or bile;
if you have diabetes;
if you have depression;
If you have Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis (inflammatory bowel disease);
if have HUS (haemolytic uraemic syndrome; a blood disorder, kidney damage);
if you have sickle cell disease (an inherited disorder affecting red blood cells);
if you have epilepsy (see "Taking other medicines");
if have SLE (systemic lupus erythematosus; a disease affecting the immune system);
if you have a condition that occurred for the first time during pregnancy or previous use of sex hormones; eg hearing loss, porphyria (a disease of the blood), gestational herpes (skin rash with vesicles during pregnancy), Huntington's Sydenham (a disease of the nerves, causing involuntary movements of the body);
if you have or have ever had chloasma (yellow brown pigment spots, still called "pregnancy patches", especially on the face). In this case, avoid direct exposure to sunlight or ultraviolet radiation.
If you have hereditary angioedema, products containing estrogens may trigger or worsen symptoms of angioedema. You should immediately visit your doctor if you experience symptoms of angioedema, such as swollen face, tongue and / or pharynx and / or have difficulty swallowing or hives together with difficulty breathing.

Surgery, long periods of immobilization or serious accident during treatment with JANGEE
It is important to pre-inform your doctor that you are using JANGEE as the risk of venous thrombosis is increased in these circumstances and may need discontinuation.
The doctor will tell you when to re-start taking JANGEE. This is usually about two weeks after your recovery.

JANGEE and thrombosis
Venous thrombosis
The use of combined oral contraceptives, including Zhang, increases the risk of developing venous thrombosis (formation of clots in blood vessels) compared with women who did not take any contraceptive.

The risk of venous thrombosis with the use of combined contraceptives increases:
with increasing age;
if you are overweight;
if someone in your immediate family has had a blood clot (thrombosis) in the leg, lung or other organ at a young age;
if you will be undergoing surgery or will be immobilized for a long period, or you have had a serious accident (to know what to do, see "Operation, long periods of immobilization or serious accident during treatment with Zhang" above ).
The chances of forming a blood clot increased when taking the Pill.
100 000 women who take the Pill and not pregnant, about 5-10 may have a blood clot in a year;
100 000 women taking the contraceptive pill as JANGEE, 20-40 may have a blood clot in a year, the exact number is unknown;
Of the 100 000 women who are pregnant, 60 may have a blood clot in a year.
Blood clot veins can move to the lungs and may block blood vessel (called pulmonary embolism). The formation of a blood clot in the veins can be fatal in 1-2 percent of cases.

Arterial thrombosis
The use of combined contraceptives is associated with an increased risk of developing arterial thrombosis (blockage of an artery), for example, in the blood vessels of the heart (heart attack) or the brain (stroke).
The risk of arterial thrombosis in the use of combined contraceptives increases:
if smoke. If you take Zhang strictly advised to stop smoking, especially if you are older than 35 years;
if you have increased levels of blood lipids (cholesterol or triglycerides);
if you are overweight;
If you or a member of your family has had a heart attack or stroke at a young age;
if you have high blood pressure;
if have migraine;
if you have heart disease (valvular disorders, abnormal heart rhythm).
Stop taking JANGEE and immediately contact your doctor if you notice any signs of thrombosis (see "Stop the treatment if" in Section 3).

JANGEE and cancer
Breast cancer occurs slightly more often in women using contraceptives combined, but it is not known whether it is caused by the medicament. For example, it may be because the majority of tumors were found in women using contraceptives because they are examined by a medical practitioner more often. The appearance of breast cancer was significantly less frequent after discontinuation of combined hormonal contraceptives.
It is important that you regularly review your breasts and if you feel any lump to contact your doctor.
In rare cases they were found benign liver tumors in women using combined oral contraceptives, and even more rarely - malignant tumors. Contact your doctor if you develop sudden severe abdominal pain.

Taking other medicines
Always tell the doctor who has prescribed JANGEE medicines or herbal products you are taking. Also tell any other doctor or dentist who prescribes another medicine (or the pharmacist) that drug JANGEE. They can tell you whether you need to use additional contraceptive measures (eg .. condoms) and if so, will tell you for how long.
Some medicines may reduce the contraceptive efficacy of Zhang, or can cause unexpected bleeding.
This refers to drugs used to treat epilepsy (primidone, phenytoin, barbiturates, carbamazepine, oksakarbamazepin) and tuberculosis (eg. Rifampicin), HIV infections (ritonavir, nevirapine) or other infectious diseases (antibiotics such as griseofulvin, penicillin, tetracyclines ), high blood pressure in the blood vessels of the lungs (bosentan) and plant product of the herb St John (St. John's wort).
If you want to consume herbal products containing the herb of St John (St. John's Wort), while taking JANGEE, you must first consult with your doctor.
JANGEE can affect other drugs, eg. ciclosporin or anticonvulsant lamotrigine (this may increase the frequency of seizures).
Ask your doctor or pharmacist before taking other medicines. Tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking or have recently taken any other medicines, even those without a prescription.

Taking JANGEE with food and drink
Take one tablet every day JANGEE, with some water, if necessary. It can take the tablets with or without food, but at approximately the same time of day.

Laboratory tests
If you need a blood test, tell your doctor or laboratory staff that you are taking a contraceptive, because oral contraceptives can affect the results of some tests.

Pregnancy
If you are pregnant should not take Zhang. If you become pregnant while taking JANGEEshould immediately stop taking and contact your doctor.
Ask your doctor or pharmacist before taking any medicine.

Breastfeeding
Overall use of JANGEE is not recommended during lactation. If you want to breast-feed while taking contraceptives should consult a doctor.
Ask your doctor or pharmacist before taking any medicine.

Driving and using machines
There is no information that the use of JANGEE affect the ability to drive and use machines.

Important information about some of the ingredients of JANGEE
JANGEE contains lactose.
If your doctor has told you that you have an intolerance to some sugars, contact your doctor before taking this medicine.

3. HOW TO USE JANGEE
Take one tablet every day Zhang, with some water, if necessary. It can take the tablets with or without food, but at approximately the same time of day.
One bar contains 21 tablets. The day of the week in which you must take the tablet is printed on each tablet. For example, if you start on Wednesday, you must take the tablet with the inscription "Cp". Follow the arrow on the package until all take 21 tablets.
Then do not take the tablets over the next seven days. During those seven days, when not taking tablets (ie. Free tablet interval) should get menstruation. Menstruation, which can still be called "withdrawal bleeding" usually starts on the 2nd or 3rd day of free tablet interval.
On the eighth day after the last tablet Zhang (this is after the 7-day tablet-free interval), start with the next pack even if your period has not stopped. This means that you should start the next bar in the same day of the week and menstruation begins on the same date each month.
If you take JANGEE thus, you are also protected against pregnancy and seven days when you do not take tablets.

When can you start first strip?
If last month have not taken a hormonal contraceptive.
JANGEE start taking the first day of your cycle (this is the first day of your period). If you start taking JANGEE the first day of your period, you will be immediately protected against pregnancy. You can also start taking 2-5 days of your cycle, but then you must use extra contraception (eg condom) during the first 7 days.

If you are replacing a combined hormonal contraceptive, combined contraceptive vaginal ring or patch.
You can start taking JANGEE preferably the day after taking the last active tablet (the last tablet containing the active substances) of your previous pill, but not later than the day after the free tablet interval (or after the last inactive tablet from previous used tablets). When switching from a combined contraceptive vaginal ring or patch, follow the advice of your doctor.

If you are replacing method based only progestogen (progestogen tablet, injection, progestogen-releasing IUD or implants).
You can switch from progestogen tablet whenever you want (if you have had an implant or IUD, accept the new tablet on the day of his removal, if you have used injections - accept the new tablet on the day to be the next injection), but it is advisable in all these cases use additional protection (eg. a condom) during the first 7 days of tablet.

After abortion.
Follow your doctor's recommendations.

After birth.
You can start taking JANGEE between 21 and 28 days after birth. If you start later than the 28th day, you should use a barrier (eg. A condom) during the first 7 days of taking JANGEE.
If after birth, you had sexual intercourse before JANGEE (again), you should be sure you are not pregnant or wait until your next menstruation.

Contact your doctor for advice if you are not sure when to start.
If you are breastfeeding and want to start taking JANGEE (again) after birth.
Read t. "Breastfeeding".

If you use more than the amount JANGEE
There is no evidence that overdose of ethinylestradiol / drospirenone caused serious injuries.
However, it may have nausea or vomiting if taken many tablets at once. Younger women may have vaginal bleeding.
If you take too many tablets JANGEE, or find that a child has taken the tablets, consult your doctor or pharmacist.

If you forget to use JANGEE
If less than 12 hours too late taking a tablet, the protection from pregnancy is not reduced. Take the tablet as soon as you remember and the next tablet at the usual time;
If more than 12 hours too late taking a tablet, the protection from pregnancy may be reduced. The more tablets you forget to take, the greater the risk of reduced contraceptive effect.
The risk of reduced birth control is highest if you forget to take a tablet at the beginning or end of the tape. Therefore, you must follow the rules below.

If you forget to take more than one tablet bar
Ask your doctor.

If you forget to take a tablet in the first week
Take the missed tablet as soon as you remember, even if this means taking two tablets at once. Continue to take the next tablet at the usual time and use extra measures, eg. a condom for the next 7 days.
