What is SAM - E?

Directions:

SAM-'s best absorbed on an empty stomach, so take your tablet about one hour before or two hours after a meal. If you experience nausea or heartburn, take the tablets with plenty of water.

Dosage:
Take 1 tablet daily, preferably on an empty stomach. It is recommended to be stored in the refrigerator after opening.
